Community Relations Policy
We in Adroitworks Services Ltd see relationship with our host community as a mutual beneficial relationship. So we follow under listed to maintain harmonious relationship:
- Establish and maintain close relationship with all segments of the local population in other to understand their needs, concerns and aspirations.
- Continuously assess and abate social and environmental impact of all our activities.
- Take preventive measures to abate and control them.
- Respond to formal community requests in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Bring issues affecting host communities to the attention of appropriate authorities that can be of assistance.
- Manage settlement of compensation for land acquired and damages in fair, accountable and transparent manner and in accordance with approved provisions.
- Engage a community liaison officer who shall liaise between the community and our company on matters such as employment of indigenes and community development projects.
- Co-operate and develop interface with clients and third parties to avoid unnecessary delays, shutdown and unwarranted lost of man hours.
- Prior to mobilization to any location, pay a visit to the community chiefs and leaders.
- Report community disturbance or threat to our client without delay.
