In Adroitworks Services Ltd we are in full compliance with the policy thrust of the federal government in Nigerian content initiative. So we make it our policy thrust as follows:

• No duty that can be done by a Nigerian is ever handed to foreigner.
• Our sub contractors align themselves to the same policy thrust.
• We engage in training and re- training of our Nigerian staff to keep them abreast with technological advancement in there area of interest.
• We also engage indigenous and local in any community where we have our operations.
• We source our materials as much as possible from within Nigeria
